- The website and phone number are owned and operated by the facility
- Treatment services, levels of care, and conditions treated
- Insurance and payment options
- Cost of treatment and typical length of stay, when shared
- Photos of the actual facility, and a video tour when available
- Amenities and other offerings

Featured (Spotlight and Premier)
Featured listings belong to facilities that advertise with us. They include everything in Verified, plus placements such as the top of search, state, and city pages, and location-based ads inside our articles. Every placement is labeled Featured or Ad.
To keep placements useful, we limit the number of Featured advertisers in each state. Paying for placement never changes what we publish about a facility or its competitors — see our Advertising Policy.
